Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Sean Anthony Parsons and Alan Richard Hall, chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators.
The liquidation commenced on 13 May 2011 at 4.30pm.
A solvency certificate has been filed in accordance with section 243(9) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators of the above-named company fix 13 June 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
