THE ROCKS SUMNER BEACH LIMITED by the
High Court at Auckland, pursuant to section 241(2)(c)
of the Companies Act 1993, on 11 May 2011 at 10.27am.
We fix 11 June 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
