Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Grant Edward Burns and Craig Alexander Sanson, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court, pursuant
to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 6 May 2011 at the times stated below:
- GFU LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.17am.
- BRACKEN STREET LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.00am.
- RIVERSIDE COURT LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.50am.
- KBS ENTERPRISES 2008 LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.56am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 6 June 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
