Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Grant Edward Burns, chartered accountant, and Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 4 May 2011 at the times stated below:
- AQUA TILES LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.04am.
- CRESCENT FORESTS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.31am.
- NORTHCOTE POINT LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.52am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 4 June 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
