Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Michael John Keyse, chartered accountant of HFK Limited, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company by special resolution of the shareholders on 30 April 2011 at 4.00pm.
The liquidator fixes 30 May 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are able to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
Any creditor holding a security interest over the assets of this company should urgently contact the liquidator.
