Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
On 23 March 2011, the company was placed into liquidation by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, and Chris Horton was appointed liquidator of the company.
On 20 April 2011 at 9.00am, Grant Edward Burns, chartered accountant, and Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, both of Auckland, were appointed as replacement joint and several liquidators of the company upon the resignation of Chris Horton.
We fix 26 May 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
