Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Jeremy Michael Morley and John Howard Ross Fisk, chartered accountants of Wellington, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SALEPRO LIMITED by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 20 April 2011 at 4.15pm.
We fix 20 July 2011 as the day by which the creditors of
the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
