Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
On 30 March 2011, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that WHITTINGTON FARM LIMITED be liquidated and that John Falloon and Aaron Allred, chartered accountants, be appointed joint liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 30 March 2011 at 8.00am.
Creditors and shareholders may direct enquiries to the liquidators during normal business hours at the address and contact numbers stated below.
All enquiries are to be directed to our office by 20 June 2011.
