Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), Henry Martin van Dyk and Stephen Alan Dunbar, chartered accountants
of Polson Higgs, were appointed liquidators of RILCHIS INVESTMENTS LIMITED.
The liquidation commenced on 1 April 2011 at 10.00am.
Notice of Intention to Remove
Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is given that it is intended to remove from the
New Zealand Register RILCHIS INVESTMENTS LIMITED ("the company"), which has its registered office at 115 Stuart Street, Dunedin, by request, under section 318(1)(e) of the Act, on the grounds that the company has ceased
to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors, and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Act.
The liquidators hereby fix 20 May 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are able to make their claims, under section 312 of the Act, and by which any objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Act, must be delivered to the Registrar.
