Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Grant Edward Burns, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of WAITOMO CAVES HOTEL (2002) LIMITED by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 18 April 2011 at 10.50am.
We fix 24 May 2011 as the day by which the creditors of
the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
