Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that BODY ESSENTIALS LIMITED
(in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, on 8 April 2011 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 8 April 2011 at 9.00am.
