Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that TOTAL EARTH LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Invercargill, pursuant
to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 6 April 2011 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 6 April 2011 at 10.18am.
