Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that THE RED SHOE LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 15 March 2011 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 15 March 2011 at 10.30am.
