Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that KAIKOURA DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 8 March 2011 to be put into liquidation.
Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 8 March 2011 at 8.25am.
