Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that MILTON SUPERMARKET (2007) LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Blenheim, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 8 February 2011 to be put into liquidation.
Wayne John Deuchrass and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 8 February 2011 at 10.12am.
