Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that CRYSALEA LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Invercargill, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 9 February 2011 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 9 February 2011 at 10.27am.
