Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Take notice that HANNAMS TIMARU CYCLERY LIMITED (in liquidation) resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 27 January 2011 to be put into liquidation.
Paul William Gerrard Jenkins and Iain Andrew Nellies were appointed liquidators jointly and severally.
The liquidation commenced on 27 January 2011 at 12.30pm.
