Notice is hereby given, that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of GAMMAH AGENCIES LIMITED (in liquidation) by the shareholders on 15 April 2011 at 6.51am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidator fixes 11 May 2011 as the last day on or before which the creditors of GAMMAH AGENCIES LIMITED (in liquidation) can claim and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
