Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
On 17 February 2011 at 1.00pm by resolution of the shareholders, pursuant to the Companies Act 1993,
THE PLASTIC REPAIR COMPANY LIMITED was
placed into liquidation and Clifford William Mancer, of Auckland, was appointed liquidator.
The liquidator hereby fixes 25 May 2011 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are required to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993,
or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
