Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Subsequent to the directors of the respective companies signing resolutions, pursuant to section 243(8) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), filed at the Companies Office, stating that on appointment of liquidators the companies would be able to pay their debts, Richard Dale Agnew and Grant Edward Burns, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed as joint and several liquidators
of the companies by special resolution of the shareholders on 14 April 2011, at the times stated below:
- KIWI FORESTS GROUP LIMITED (in liquidation) at 12.15pm.
- NORTH WOODLANDS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 1.05pm.
- SOUTH WOODLANDS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 1.22pm.
- EAST WOODLANDS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 1.41pm.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is given that as liquidators of the companies, we fix 12 May 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
