Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators

Kim Scott Thompson has resigned as liquidator of SMOOTH CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) and has appointed David Murray Blanchett and Grant Edward Burns, chartered accountants, as his successors with effect from 31 March 2011.
