Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993
Chris Ward, chartered accountant, was appointed liquidator of HEAD HOLDINGS 2010 LIMITED (in liquidation)
by special resolution of the shareholders on 15 March 2011 at 10.00am.
The liquidator has fixed 20 May 2011 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and those creditors may not object to that distribution.
