Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 8 April 2011 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that JUDD FENWICK TEAM ARCHITECTURE LIMITED be liquidated and that Ewan Richard Gardiner and Peter David Gillies, chartered accountants of Napier, be appointed liquidators for this purpose.
