Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, and Grant Edward Burns, of Auckland, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies
by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 8 April 2011 at the times stated below:
- ALPHASIM LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.50am.
- SARJEANT PAINTING CONTRACTORS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.52am.
- VERVE MEDIA LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.45am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 13 May 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
