Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 3 April 2011, it was resolved by resolution of
the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that TROYTECH LIMITED be liquidated and that Phillip Roth, of Christchurch, and Stephen Alan Dunbar, of Dunedin, both chartered accountants, be appointed joint liquidators for that purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 3 April 2011 at 9.00am.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
The liquidators propose not to call a meeting of creditors as provided by section 245(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 18 May 2011 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
