Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
On 31 March 2011 at 11.45am, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 of
the Companies Act 1993, that ANTRIM PROJECTS LIMITED be liquidated and that Kevin J. Covacich, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 31 March 2011 at 11.45am.
The liquidator does hereby fix 14 April 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
