Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, John Marshall Scutter, chartered accountant of Paraparaumu, was appointed liquidator of CREATIVE TRADES INDUSTRY TRAINING ORGANISATION INCORPORATED on 5 April 2011
at 4.30pm, being the date and time that the liquidation commenced.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes 5 May 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the incorporated society are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
