Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Rhys James Cain, insolvency practitioner, and Malcolm Grant Hollis, chartered accountant, both of Christchurch, were appointed joint and several liquidators of KARAMEA QUARRY & CONCRETE LIMITED by the High Court at Greymouth, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 22 February 2011 at 10.13am.
We fix 31 May 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.

Note: This sitting of the Greymouth High Court was by way of video conference, with the Associate Judge and the Court file being situated in Christchurch. As a result of the earthquake in Christchurch on 22 February 2011, the High Court staff have only recently gained access to their building and files. Consequently, the notification of the Liquidation Order was only received by the liquidators on 31 March 2011, hence the delay in advertising this notice.
