Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a)
of the Companies Act 1993, Deborah Nobilo, chartered accountant of Nobilo & Co Limited, was appointed liquidator of CKD NEW ZEALAND LIMITED.
The liquidation commenced on 5 April 2011 at 9.00am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
Notice is also given that the liquidator hereby fixes 13 May 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
