Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, Simon John Thorn and David Ian Ruscoe, of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed liquidators of WESTERN PACIFIC INSURANCE LIMITED by special resolution of the company.
The liquidation commenced on 1 April 2011.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 28 April 2011 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under, section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
