Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that on 1 April 2011 at 10.05am, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act
1993, Digby John Noyce and Keith Mawdsley, chartered accountants of RES Corporate Services Limited were appointed joint and several liquidators of KYMONA SYSTEMS LIMITED (in liquidation) by order of the
High Court at Auckland.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidators have fixed 12 May
2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of
the above-named company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
