Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 30 March 2011 it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that COX HOLDINGS LIMITED be liquidated and that Colin B. Wilson, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 31 March 2011 at 9.00am.
