Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Tony Wayne Pattison, of Napier, and Jeremy Michael Morley, of Wellington, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TODD ELLIOTT BUILDERS LIMITED by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 28 March 2011 at 10.45am.
We fix 18 April 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
