Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 10 March 2011, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that ALMFORD POULTRY FARM LIMITED be liquidated and that Gavin James Shepherd, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 10 March 2011.
