of the Companies Act 1993, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders that the above-named company
be wound up voluntarily and that Richard Alfred Jenkins, chartered accountant of Carran Miller Strawbridge Limited, be appointed liquidator with the liquidation commencing on 29 March 2011 at 7.30pm.
