Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Grant Jarrold and Shari Carter, chartered accountants of Christchurch, were appointed liquidators jointly and severally of the company by special resolution of the shareholders at Timaru on the date and time below:

Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed 29 April 2011 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date a distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit
of that distribution and those creditors may not object to
that distribution.
