Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Grant Edward Burns, chartered accountant, and Craig Alexander Sanson, insolvency practitioner, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of CREATIVE PARTITIONING LIMITED by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 30 March 2011 at 11.17am.
We fix 2 May 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
