Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Grant Edward Burns and Craig Alexander Sanson, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of VITESSE DEVELOPMENTS LIMITED
by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 25 March 2011 at 10.05am.
We fix 25 April 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
