Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On 22 March 2011 at 5.00pm, it was resolved by resolution of the shareholders that the above-named company be placed into liquidation, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
Nigel Andrew Milton, of BDO Auckland, Chartered Accountants, was appointed as liquidator.
The directors of the company have signed a certificate verifying the company's solvency at the date of liquidation.
