Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
At a meeting of creditors on 25 March 2011, Andrew
John McKay and Aaron Douglas Walsh, both chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of HERBERT INSURANCE GROUP LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) in the place of Damien Grant and Steven Khov.
The liquidation commenced on 4 March 2011.
