Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(b) of the Companies Act 1993
On 19 November 2010, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2) of the Companies Act 1993, that BIRKDALE PROPERTIES LIMITED be liquidated and that Christine Nicola Sinko, chartered accountant of Auckland, be appointed liquidator for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 20 December 2010.
