Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Grant David McQuoid, of New Plymouth, and David Murray Blanchett, of Hamilton, both chartered accountants, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 16 March 2011 at the times stated below:
- TARGET TRUST PROPERTIES LIMITED
(in liquidation) at 10.16am.
- COWEN HOLDING LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.27am.
- A AND L CABS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.18am.
Notice to Creditors to Claim
We fix 4 April 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
