On 18 March 2011 at 12.00 midday, Vivian Judith Fatupaito, insolvency practitioner, and Glen David Gernhoefer, chartered accountant, both of Auckland, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by the High Court, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.
The liquidators fix 29 March 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
