Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Michael John Fisher and Barry White were appointed joint liquidators of THE DESIGN WORKSHOP LIMITED
by way of a shareholder resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 14 March 2011 at 8.15am.
The liquidators hereby fix 15 April 2011 as the day by which creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority.
