Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
Take notice that Simon Paul Rogan and Peter Esmond Farrell, chartered accountants of Auckland and Rotorua respectively, have been appointed joint liquidators of the above-named company.
The liquidation commenced on 14 March 2011 at 11.19am.
The undersigned does hereby fix 22 April 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to the distribution.
