Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Claim
Malcolm Grant Hollis and Tony Wayne Pattison, chartered accountants of Christchurch and Napier respectively, were appointed joint and several liquidators of DOUBLE GLAZED WINDOWS N.Z. LIMITED by the shareholders, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, on 14 March 2011 at 1.11pm.
We fix 22 April 2011 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
