Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Notice is given, pursuant to section 255(2) of the Companies Act 1993 ("the Act"), that by way of resolution in accordance with section 122 of the Act, Craig Andrew Young and Raymond Gordon Burgess were appointed liquidators on
15 March 2011 at 9.00am.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Notice is given that as provided in section 245(1) of the Act, no meeting of creditors will be held, having regard to the cost of holding a meeting and the likely result of the liquidation, unless requested in writing by a creditor in accordance with section 245(1)(b)(iii) of the Act.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
The liquidators hereby fix 22 April 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
