Notice of Appointment of Liquidators
Pursuant to Section 3, 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993
On 9 March 2011, it was resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that MYERS BLYTH ARCHITECTS LIMITED be liquidated and that Kevin Neil Wilson and Christine Joy Henderson, chartered accountants of Auckland, be appointed liquidators for this purpose.
The liquidation commenced on 10 March 2011.
