Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of
the Companies Act 1993, that Nicholas John Hayes was appointed liquidator of the companies stated below by special resolution of the shareholders of each company on
2 March 2011 at the following times:
- TYREX CAPITAL VENTURES LIMITED at 5.15pm.
- TYREX WHOLESALE LIMITED at 5.16pm.
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is given that the liquidator has fixed 8 April 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
