Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims
Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named companies on 4 March 2011 at 11.30am, 2.50pm and 3.00pm respectively, appointed Boris van Delden and Garry Whimp, insolvency practitioners of Auckland, jointly and severally as liquidators of the companies.
The undersigned does hereby fix 15 April 2011 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
